If you require products but have your own design to submit please contact us and we can arrange that for you.
2 Weeks Notice for your order to be ready on time, But we take orders on short notice basis which will incur a short notice fee which is subject to change on time provided to complete order. For bulk orders please feel free to get in contact with us to arrange discounts & Special Pricing for large orders.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds
Goods Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons: - Items are broken; - Item does not match the description; - Goods is the wrong size; or - Items does not meet the purchaser's expectations.
Refunds for Services All services sold on our Site are non-refundable. Cancellation of services on day, No Refund will be issued. 48 hours prior to booking cancellation will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Returns can be made in person at Mellow Fun store, Returns can be made by mail. To return any items by mail, follow the following procedure: Pack your goods and Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage to have it shipped backed us.

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods: - Standard delivery by post. Delivery takes 5 - 7 business days. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
