Shipping Policy
Let me introduce you to our shipping policies here @MellowFun, we offer International & National shipping on our products, click and collect options available for our customers with-in New Zealand.
we work hard to get your package delivered to you on time, but please bear in mind due to unforeseen circumstances please expect delays with shipping.
our order processing times and shipping time frames are different, processing times of orders take 7-14 Workings Days, and shipping times are 1-3 Business Working Days, as mentioned above please expect delays with shipping for New Zealand, International-Shipping time-frame is 14-21 Business Working Days
once the order is ready and the package is shipped you will be notified & provided with a tracking/reference number.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Pick Up Service
We @MellowFun offer you the convenience to pick up your goods from our store in West Auckland, when your package is ready for collection we will notify you and schedule a time for pick up at our store.

Return & Exchange Policy
We @MellowFun accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with photographic evidence depicting the damage at mellowfun15@gmail.com with your order number and receipt of purchase. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If we cannot by any circumstance offer you a refund then you will be issued with a store credit to use on any other items you wish for. Mellow Fun will add on a few coupons/discounts for the inconvenience we may have caused you.
